Because our studio mainly focuses on Private Pilates sessions, our appointments are privately arranged to suit our clients availability. Hence there is no booking schedule on our website. PILATES PRIVATE CLASSES
Get more out of each exercise by deepening your understanding of the Pilates Method with Personal Pilates training. These private classes are great for varying levels; for beginners, we focus on Pilates fundamentals such as 'what are the muscles of the Powerhouse' and how to engage them, and techniques such as breathing correctly. For experienced Pilates clients - focus extend to progressions, strength conditioning, and a more cardiovascular workout.
- SINGLE - $110
- 5 PACK - $500 ($100 per session)
- 10 PACK - $950 ($95 per session)
- 20 PACK - $1840 ($92 per session)
PILATES DUET CLASSES
Duet classes are paired with two clients that are at a similar level, this ensures each clients needs are catered for and progressions are simultaneous. Depending on the level - classes will vary. For a beginners duet - focus are on fundamentals, technique and working this through the Pilates system. For more experienced duets - the class will be more conditioning, strength training and cardiovascular.

- 10 PACK - $700 ($70 per session)
- 20 PACK - $1300 ($65 per session)
PILATES MAT CLASSES
These classes are small and focused on the Pilates Mat work repertoire. For beginners - the class is focused on fundamental such as learning about the muscle of the 'Powerhouse', breathing, alignment and technique. For more experienced Pilates clients - class is more focused on flow, conditioning and stamina.

- 10 MAT CLASS PACKAGE - $300
- PRIVATE ASSESSMENT + SINGLE CLASS - $125
This includes an individual 45 minutes assessment to go over fundamentals and technique of the Traditional Pilates method and one pass for the group mat class. Great for those who are new to Pilates and is a prerequisite for those who have on going injury/ injuries who would like to join the Mat class. This ensures safety and a better understanding of the Pilates method before entering the group class.
